Return and Exchange Policy

At CamisDeluxe, we work to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we have a clear and transparent exchange and return policy:

Return Period

  • You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request an exchange or return.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
  • Personalized garments (with name, number, patches, etc.) are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Costs

  • If the error is ours (incorrect or defective product), we assume 100% of the costs.
  • In the case of size changes or returns due to withdrawal, a fixed cost of €4.99 will be applied, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Size Changes

  • Will be processed provided there is stock available.
  • If not possible, a refund will be issued.

Process

  2. In case of a defective product, attach photographs to expedite the process.
  3. We will provide you with the return address and instructions to follow.

Refunds

  • Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
