Shipping and Delivery Times
At CamisDeluxe, we partner with international suppliers and logistics operators to ensure secure and timely deliveries.
Order Preparation
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Spain and Portugal: 7–15 business days.
- European Union: 10–20 business days.
- Rest of the world: variable depending on destination (we recommend checking beforehand at soporte@peru-jaguar-555856.hostingersite.com).
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by demand peaks, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen circumstances (strikes, customs controls, local holidays).
Shipping Costs
- Spain: Free shipping.
- International: the cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and weight/volume.
Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and traceability link.
Customs and Duties (non-EU shipments)
- Orders to non-EU countries may be subject to fees, taxes, or duties.
- Such amounts, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are paid to the corresponding customs authority.
Incidents and Non-Receipt
- If your order does not arrive within the indicated times, please write to us at soporte@peru-jaguar-555856.hostingersite.com indicating your order number.
- We will investigate with the shipping company and keep you informed until its resolution.
Address Changes and Failed Deliveries
- We can modify the address before dispatch. Once shipped, modifications depend on the agency and may incur additional costs.
- In case of failed delivery (recipient absent/incorrect address), the carrier may reschedule delivery or deposit the package at a collection point. If the order is returned to the sender, we can reship it (with a re-shipping cost) or proceed with a refund, deducting incurred shipping costs where applicable.
Orders with Multiple Items
- To expedite delivery, items from the same order may be sent in partial shipments with different tracking numbers.
